Handmade Process

Creating The Falcon is a labor-intensive process that takes approximately 8–10 days and more than 100 hours of skilled craftsmanship.

Each aluminum panel is individually measured, cut, hand-shaped, and fitted over the solid wooden framework before being permanently secured. The rivets are installed one by one to recreate the visual identity of classic aircraft construction.

The matte aluminum finish preserves the natural character of the material while highlighting the handcrafted details that make every table unique.

Because every stage is completed by hand, no two Falcon tables are ever exactly alike.
